The Solution

Platform and operator
Our solution is based on Mitel’s latest technology, which is one of the world’s leading platforms within UCaaS (Unified Communication as a Service). Soluno is an operator in Sweden as an MVNO in Telenor’s network. As a Wholesale Partner in Sweden you can offer this yourself under your own brand. This includes both fixed and mobile traffic and gives you the opportunity to really become a complete supplier. If you want to become an independent operator in Europe, contact us and we will assist you with everything from contacts in relation to billing and routing to number management etc.
Devices
With Soluno, customers can use their choice of device, such as mobile phones, desk phones, IP-dects and softphones in a combination of their choosing.

Features
Our core feature is the cloud communication. By that we mean calls, messaging, chats, contacts and so on. All of these occurring virtually in the cloud. On top of that Soluno offers several add-on services connected to the switch. Both services our own RnD department has developed and third-party services. We can also integrate our cloud services with other systems, for example CRM-systems.

Integrations
With Soluno’s open API it is also easy to integrate third party applications, such as popular CRM-systems. By doing so, agents and sales representatives are able to get crucial information about the customer or supplier even before the contact is made.
We are already integrated with popular systems such as HubSpot, Freshdesk and Zendesk. If you have a specific system you would like to integrate, we are more than happy to look in to that possibility.
